本頁說明如何刪除您的 Pilotdone 帳號，以及刪除後哪些資料會被移除、哪些會保留多久。 完整條款見隱私政策第 9 節。
一、如何要求刪除帳號
刪除須由您本人在已登入狀態下操作，以避免他人代為刪除您的帳號。
- 開啟 Pilotdone App
- 進入「設定」分頁
- 確認已使用您的 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入
- 點選「刪除帳號」
- 依畫面指示確認
確認後，我們會立即且永久刪除您的雲端資料與登入帳號。
無法登入時
若您已無法登入該帳號，請來信 hellopilotdone@gmail.com，主旨註明「刪除帳號」， 並說明您註冊時使用的電子郵件地址。我們會確認身分後代為處理，並於 30 日內回覆。
二、會刪除哪些資料
帳號刪除後，下列資料會從我們的雲端永久移除：

三、會保留哪些資料、保留多久

您裝置上的本機資料
Pilotdone 是離線優先的 App，資料同時存在您的裝置本機。 刪除帳號不會自動清除本機資料。 若要一併清除，請：
- iOS／iPadOS：長按 App 圖示 →「移除 App」→「刪除 App」
- Android：設定 → 應用程式 → Pilotdone → 儲存空間 → 清除資料（或直接解除安裝）
- macOS：將 Pilotdone 移到垃圾桶
- Windows：設定 → 應用程式 → Pilotdone → 解除安裝
您分享給他人的內容
若您曾將清單或行事曆分享給其他使用者，該共享資源的擁有者仍保有其內容。 刪除帳號會移除您的成員身分，但不會刪除他人擁有的資源。 若您是該資源的擁有者，資源與其內容會一併刪除。
四、其他資料權利
除刪除帳號外，您也可以要求查詢、更正或取得資料副本。 請來信 hellopilotdone@gmail.com，主旨註明「隱私權請求」。詳見隱私政策第 10 節。
Delete Your Pilotdone Account and Data

1. How to request account deletion
Deletion must be performed by you while signed in, so that no one else can delete your account.
- Open the Pilotdone app
- Go to the Settings tab
- Make sure you are signed in with your Google or Apple account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
Your cloud data and login account are deleted immediately and permanently.
If you cannot sign in, email hellopilotdone@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" and the email address you registered with. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
2. Data that is deleted
Account details (email, display name, profile photo), to-dos, lists, calendars and events, notes, sharing invitations and memberships, subscription status, push notification tokens, and your app-lock password hash.
3. Data that is retained

Local data on your device is not removed automatically. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in your system settings, to remove it.
If you shared a list or calendar with other people, content owned by them remains theirs; deleting your account removes your membership only. Resources you own are deleted with your account.
